Firefox Search Plugin for NutritionData

This search plugin returns the same list of foods as ND's FoodSearch tool. However, this plugin installs in your Firefox browser. It allows you to search ND's databases at any time, without even being at the NutritionData website! To install this plugin, simply click on the link below, and confirm the installation on the small dialog window that appears. In just seconds, you'll have access to ND's powerful search engine from anywhere on the Net!

How This Firefox Search Plugin Works

After you've installed this plugin, the "ND" icon will appear in your browser's quick search dropdown. Here's an example of how it looks in the Firefox browser:

To do a search, simply select ND from the dropdown, enter a food name immediately to the right of the ND icon, and hit your Enter key. The resulting list of foods will immediately appear in your browser window. Click on any food in that list to see its nutrition facts and analysis.
